ArkiLume pricing scales with project size, the more apartments you analyse in a project, the lower the rate for each additional apartment.

Pricing is graduated: each band of apartments in a project is charged at that band's rate, not the whole project at one rate.
Every analysis simulates all apartments in the project. Solar access compliance under the Housing SEPP/ADG and R-Codes is assessed on a whole-of-project basis, so a partial simulation (for example, a single apartment or level) would not satisfy planning requirements.
